Sierra reconditioned alternators

Post by diffbreaker »

Trying to track down a reconditioned Sierra '94 alternator off the shelf and no one seems to stock them. Have tried Suzifour, Suzisport, NRMA to no avail. Any leads would be appreciated?
Thanks

swift/barina have similar alternators, tho some are multi v belts , like mine is, and some are not.
I usually take my alternator to an auto elec, they reco it for around $120, then I refit it.

Yeh thanks for that. I've only just begin to notice Sierra's must be showing their age now, Even the NRMA in NSW doesn't stock Sierra exchange alteranators anymore.
