Have you gone with some longer upper front shock mounts? Let us know, and post up pics if you got 'em.

are tube upper mounts legal? i thought of just cutting original mount off and re-welding it on a bit higher with a backing brace. i'd only lift it about 50mm

I was thinking the same thing, though I am not sure how successful the removal of the stock mount will be. Especially considering how close it is to the bump stop mount. There's not much room to get a grinder in there. Might be best to find another mount to use, cut/grind the old one and weld the new one back on.

iv got extended ones on mine, i cut the old mounts of, a bit of stuffin around, i used c chanel cut it a notch in it about a third of the way down so it looks like its bent in at the top and drilled about 4 holes each side to suit different shock if need be, also fully welded to the chasis, neva had a problem yet. sorry no camera and i dont think i have any pics.
