I have the 285/75/16 (biggest I could fit) on ROH rims, Simex Tubes...
Had a Slight Grinder mod to the Front Caliper to make them fit (saved buying the 17" rims and tyres
The Tyres are what you would expect from Interco. A Bloody strong heavy tyre with LOTS of rubber. the Sidewalls feel about 1/2 an inch thick and BOY the weight in the tyre has to be felt to be believed.
A quick fit and spin up the street confirmed again they are a True Interco tyre, with only 30PSI (my starting pressure) they felt pretty good on the road (howl a little on heavy swerving)
On the Dry tar they drove pretty nice, not as good as other Muddies i have tried but have handled well and the noise was a lot less than i expected.
Covering a few hundred Km's on the Road it was time to lock the centre diff and get into some lose gravel. The car seemed to drive nisely on the gravel, not picking up anywhere neart he stones i would have expected.
The only area i have found the tyre didn't perform well in, was a wet road. these slip and slide like a swamper on the wet, and a little more than I personally would like for a daily driver.
I didn't want to try it on anything other than gravel... for now... due to no flares (Shopping for them this week) and lack of inner guard (exposed Air inTake) due to Snorkel fitment only 50% complete.
