Searching for the scanner connector - on coilies??

I having problem with idle
and the check engine lamp is working from time to time
where is the plug to connect to scanner??
Is it an OBD plug???
I only know where is the plug that I have to insert a lamp to know what is the problem ?? with the flashings

Not familiar with the car, but I think any vehicle that uses a flashing light output is usually OBD I. OBD II allows you to connect via a computer and get live data from the ecu, as well as codes etc. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong....
