You are joking right???

If you can make that and plan on cutting the shaft and joining it in the middle why dont you just re-tube the entire shaft?

Bubs you can do a shaft by the means you have sugested but with similar sized wall tube to the stock, other wise when you hit the heavier part that you have welded in it will just pretzil the rest of the drive shaft!

That is the exact same pipe i have used on my rear shaft!!

It is absuloutly indistructable my rear shaft has more scratches and groves than you can imagine!

Just get a full length and make new shafts!

YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!!!!!

It is golden, I almost removed it from my cruiser, but some dude wanted it AS IS  i think he took a shining to it.... pity, that rear shaft took some abuse, and I was more than happy with it!! :( I will be sad to see it go!! when I get off my ass and put the new steering box in it.

Bubs, whats the wall thickness and OD? Also how much for 6.5 Metres, surely you can do us a deal, I have talked to boatlux and together we are offering you $30 from each of us for 6.5 Metres, so C'MAWN pony up and hook up some brothers!

Or you could do us screaming deals on lengths cut to fit, (easier to sneak out the back door) and we will only pay you in soup :finger: or something,

all joking aside, I am up for deals, so hurry up and help this poor small time wheeler out :finger:
