2005 NISSAN TRIALS

Post by Miss Wendy »

Hi All, Yes we're already working on it. We have done the track recce and have reconised many modifications to a lot of the tracks. I've got to say in review of the event last year, this year will be a lot more 'competitor friendly'. A definite cap on 100 competitors will hopefully see less waiting, less recoveries more action. Certain tracks will be modified with the help of a jackhammer, tree moving and some track building. Some have been re-routed and some will allow a second bite at sections. Competitors should get further into the events and consequently obtain higher scores. We will be specifying window nets this year. If this does not suit your vehicle you will be allowed to apply for an exemption to use AS approved wrist restraints. Some big sponsors have interest with bigger prizes on offer. All 'n all it is shaping up to be a good one. Clubs will receive the fist teaser in the next few weeks. Look out for the Trials brochure at the Rosehill Show.
