Service intervals for 3lt patrol / navara motor

Hi
Is it true that the 3lt turbo diesel fitted the patrol and navara has 10,000km sevice intervals ? Instead of the usual 5000km

My book states 10k unless driven in unusual conditions ( which includes city driving) and then its every 5k but the in between 5 k's are usually just oil and filter. 3 Lt diesel Patrol.

FSI is 10,000km and thats what I do it at.
However.........I don't think you should keep them long. Mines done 65,000 and is goig very shortly.

I have Nissan do the 10,000km services for warranty reasons and I do the 5's myself. Just an oil and filter change. Costs about $60.
