Power steering bleeding

As it is mentioned above, I have just changed my power steering box and now need to bleed the system of air, can any one help me in doing this, if it is any help its for a range rover.

Piece of piss.

Fill up the resivour and turn the steering lock to lock. Keep filling until the level stops going down. Cant get much simpler. :D

Now don't rip the piss, is it better to do this with the front end lifted off the ground.

Thats what it sez in my manual. Technically they reckon its never a good idea to turn the steering whilst stantionary. Anyway it would make the bleeding faster and easier.

i just turn the engine on and ps pump will pump the air out of the lines via the resivour return line ;)

Ok, so its got to be stationary with the wheels in the air. Id like to see you drive down the road with your mate in the engine bay topping up the fluid! :finger:
