Sh*t easy

In the rear simply undo bottom bolt on shock than top take out shock and reverse process. Make sure crush tube is long enuff on bottom mount if it does not fit nice and tight within mount shock will knock.

In front jack up rig put chassis stands under chassis.
Than jack up diff on one side
Undo nuts on top mount on side jacked up
Lower jack and undo bottom bolt coil and shock will come out together
same on other side
To reinstall
bash off coil mount from original shock if not fitted on new shock
put coil mount on new shock
place coil on mount and rubber boot at top of coil
guide top of shock up into shock tower
and get a few turns on pin at top
put shock in bottom mount and do up
repeat other side
