50mm OD solid steel bar, lathe, cut into 50mm blocks, put on drill press and drill 11mm holes through the middle. done.
I did a 2"lift on a styleside lux (ie 14 blocks ) with grade 8.8 bolts for $87.50 all up. including the black kill rust to paint them with.

I make all my blocks from solid Aluminium Rod.
Buy it in 65mm OD.
Cut on my Brobo saw at 50mm lengths.
Put in my lathe and drill the hole,chamfer the edge and hole.

50mm OD steel blocks, cut to 50mm lengths. 11mm hole.
$30 for steel bar and $13 for high tensie bolts. Easy.
(although I did have access to a reciprocating hacksaw
)
Easiest mod I have ever done.
Just loosen off steering, rad hoses, fuel hoses ect and keep an eye on stuff when you are lifting it SLOWLY!
Hope it helps, Cheers.
