1lt Transfer vs Rockhopper

Looking for some advice in regards to transfer gearing.
Currently run a 94 sierra with 2" OME lift and running 235/75 Coppers.
Now my problem is that I want my low range back.... Was always shit as standard and increasing the tyre size obviously hasn't helped.
I am tossing up between swaping transfer case to a 1lt version or putting some rockhopper gears into my current one. I'm happy with high range but realise thats going to be reduced in some way. Now the car is a daily driver and I spend about 40mins a day travelling down the M1 at 110k's. Ormeau is my usual playground with regular camping trips to the beach. And before you all start jumping on the 33" band wagon I won't be putting bigger tyres on this thing..... Well not for a very long time anyway.
So what do you reckon, transfer or Rockhopper??
Thanks guys
