Be surprised if the daiken clutch was that much - the rest of theirs arnt usually that expensive.

Bought one 2 weeks ago for dad's landcruiser and it was like $200, I really doubt there is a 4x markup for a td42

"rock hopper" is his username on OL

edit:

kit came with all bearings/seals (rear engine, spigot etc) and pressure plate

he also had FJ60 carby kit for $25 where as repco wanted $110 or something for the same kit

just pm him and ask for a quote

call bursons they retail for around $120 - $140 for a PBR clutch kit witch comes with clutch plate, pressure plate, and thrust bearing. Also get a spigot bush while u have the box out aswell because they usually get noisy once box goes back in if not replaced
GQ LWB TD42, boost, lockers etc

I got a heavy duty clutch (not sure of brand name), it was a $70 dollar premium over the normal replacement my mechanic told me.
After I drowned the Mav it was around $950 to have the new clutch installed (and the boot seal fixed!) at Ted Brewsters in South Melb. Good value place, good blokes, know a lot of people that take there cars there and never any probs.
