help needed rebuild zook

any one out there got any tips on how to get doors off and front clip rear flares (wt) also in need of doors and new flares.

Doors: Impact driver or cut a slot and unbolt.

Front clip. screws on either side and front body mounts need to be loosened. I have a whole WT front clip at home if you need any more answers.

Flares? Where are you in OZ? what flares do you need. Front or rear?

Doors off? they're screwed on aren't they? If your saying the screws are near impossible to take off I had the same problem. It's only the first time they come off, now my ones come off easy as. Use like, I don't know if they exist or not, but something in the way of a high torque screwdriver, something big and bulky. I got one from super cheap for 8 bucks, did the job very well. It can also help if they're are two people, one person to push in so the screwdriver doesn't slip and the other to turn it. Another little trick, is if you can get one of those screwdrivers with the hex shaped shaft, fit a shifter onto it and you can lever the screwdriver to 'break' the screw. I don't think wd40 or crc would do anything but you could try, maybe leave it plenty of time, might seep in or something but I doubt it. See? I AM helpful every now and then.

The doors are screwed in. If your saying the screws are near impossible to take off I had the same problem. Get yourself something in the way of a high torque screwdriver, just something big and bulky that'll give you enough grip both in your hand and on the screw head to turn it. It may help to have two people one person pushing in to stop the screwdriver from slipping out and one to turn it. One trick, if you can't get enough torque in your hands is if you get one of those screwdrivers that have the hex shaped shaft you can fit a shifter onto it and lever it to 'break' the screw. I don't think letting it soak for a couple hundred hours in wd40 or crc will help but you can try.

If all else fails then as the other guy said, angle grinder, fixes anything.

I put a big screwdriver on the top edge of the screw and hammered it until there was a notch, then used that to put the screwdriver in and hammer anticlockwise until it cracked.

Worked first time on every screw, after dicking around for ages with an impact driver. Then I replaced them with stainless hex bolts and washers. Bling!
