Presents the third annual

4WD WEEKEND in WHYALLA
1st, 2nd & 3rd October, 2005

The 4WD Weekend in Whyalla is a fun, non competitive event designed to bring 4WD clubs from all over South Australia together for the interest we share and to showcase Whyalla and its surrounding areas.
This event is open to all financial members of the South Australian 4WD association.
For Insurance purposes all weekend participants must be financial members of an SAAFWDC Club, and register this event with your Club as a Club Trip. Members of Affiliated interstate Clubs are also welcome to attend


Fees
Registration prior to 30th August 2005 will be $60 per vehicle, after this date the registration fee will be $80, this fee includes camping at the Whyalla show grounds. Early registration prize draws will be detailed in the next flyer

Accommodation
Camping is available at the Whyalla Show Grounds, with toilets and showers provided.
Whyalla has a very good variety of Caravan Parks, Hotels and Motels. For any further information on these please contact the Whyalla tourist information centre on 8645 7900

Registration times
Early bird registration will be accepted up to 30th August 2005 with info packs distributed on arrival. Clubs that register early will have the option to camp as a club in an allocated area, please nominate on the registration form.
Event weekend Registration will start from midday on Friday 31st Sept and until Saturday morning 1st Oct, registration will be at the Whyalla show grounds.

Activities
Activities will run from Friday night until Monday afternoon.
Bookings for the activities will be on the boards in the Administration area.
All Activities will start from the Whyalla show grounds.
When you put your name down for an activity, please note who the trip leader is because more than one group/trip will be leaving at one time.
Please note that most of the Activities are set for Dual range vehicles. Please talk with trip leaders for suitability of your vehicle if it doesn’t meet this criteria.

So far we have 47 vehicles entered and paid for from outside Whyalla (plus 40 something locals) so its going to be HUGE. :armsup:

At least another 20 vehicles have verbally said they are comoing so we will have well over 100 4x4s :D :cool:
