60/75 tie rod ends ??

Post by dansTOYOwagon »

heya guys. Are 75 series tie rod ends the same as 60 series ones ?? I have a double flipped arm here on my desk that I aquired for the SOA, and was just wondering what tie rod ends to get (cause I am replaing them all).

if the 75 series ones are different, will they fit my 60 steering rods?? like will they wind onto the ends ??

thanks . Dan

So the double flipped arm from a 75? If the 75 was built at the same time as 60 series were being built then steering arms should have the same taper.

'Fuji Joint' were an OEM for the TREs on Cruisers. I used to have a link to a 'Joint Fuji' parts catalogue and it would have had all the info, but the link now dead. I have a set made by '555' in Japan - good stuff @ $120/set. Don't get Taiwanese or Chinese @ $80/set cause it's not worth the saving.

Why don't you pop one off your cruiser and test it in the double arm? No doubt then.

I reckon 60 series gear, but you should check first.
