just wondering if its possible to buy complete link ends (standard nissan ones), with the rubber insert and tube that ya can weld into a length of tube to make custom lengths?? and if so, where could we find some
and/or, what size is the tube that is required to push a standard nissan rubber bushing into?
and what sorta $$$'s would ya expect to pay for the genuine rubber bushes???

there is a seamless one with a 5.4mm wall which the bushes press into perfect but it can be hard to get a hold of. the engine and trans mounts in my new buggy have the tube nam is talking about - cut and squished.
I was going to do the same thing using Range Rover bushes to make my own arms....but after pricing the bits and pieces it was gonna be cheaper (and probably better) to get these ones:

They sell you the sleeve also...just weld your bar on and away you go. Would give heaps better flex than standard nissan ones

I think from memory it was gonna be close to $50 for the bush and casing....and at the time i was going to buy bulk so the price was going to be less.
I was quoted more than $40 for the RR bush alone, so it sounded like a good buy to me to use the ORI bushes.
Whats a standard Nissan GQ trailing arm bush worth?

$40 for a RR bush is pretty steep.
Can buy pretty good rubber ones (mushroom, not OE but good) at about $10 - $15 each - These will flex much better
Have these at the chassis end and Nissans or whatever at the other.
