Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i know this has been spoken about b4 but i couldnt find what i was after.

what has to be done to put a 1ltr t/case in a 1.3 WT. i know the tailshaft flanges are different and the early ones dont have a 4x4 switch. what else needs to be done.

are the shifters the same?



can you use the transfer end of the tailshafts and just swap them at the slip joint?

I have done this.

Change the flanges and handbrake from the 1.3 xfer to the 1ltr and you can reuse the same stick in it.

Also have to remove and remount the speedo drive and mounts from chassis, also the 4x4 light. The 1.3 ones fit into the 1ltr ones fine.
