New Nissan Navara preview is on the UK website.

Post by raptorthumper »

The new Navara is listed on the UK Nissan website. It has a 130kw Turbo diesel and looks identical to the US Frontier, so it will probably have the 200kw 4.0 litre Petrol engine as well. Australia should see this before the end of the year.

No details are available yet as far as engine displacement, or Transmission options though.

I'll be checking back regularly for more information as the launch date approaches.

Already out in the US - Nissan Frontier.

Don't look too bad. You can now see the family resembelance - new Navara, Pathfinder and Patrol are sharing similar lines, but unmistakable front grill.

I am starting to think that Australia will get the same 2.5 litre Cdi Turbo diesel (130kw, 403Nm torque approx) as the UK version, and soon to be released Pathfinder.
At least there will be a 5 speed Auto or 6 speed manual to choose from, as i dont particularly like 4 speed autos.

It looks like the 3.0litre ZD30 will be put out to pasture then.
