Im going to be getting a GQ in the next month and was wondering what was the min lift/guard cutting that has to be done to be able to run some 36" pedes under it?

i got 5 inch coils and 2 inch body lift and run 35's off road . i would say that it may just be enough to get 36 pedes. the only issue u may have is the back of ur front guards unless u use the big balls radius arm spacer and ditch the factory flares and mud flaps..i dare say u will need to do that at the back as well. get ur lift up, run the tyres and chop enough from ur gaurds so they clear. but as i said with my lift u will be pretty close to the money..

had 5 inch coils and 40mm body as well to run 36's...

had a wizard 5 link in the front so was able to centre the wheel in the front... no probs at all.

tiny bit of trimmin on the front and rear guards at the back part near mudflaps to allow the full flex to go thru without rubbing..

I run 36" TSL's, with a 2" bodylift, and 2" coils, with 1" coil spacers. I have removed the factory mudflaps and flares. I also trimmed a section about 2" deep on the bottom corner of the front guard, only about 6" up. I leave the swaybars on, and have no rubbing problems. I guess if the swaybars were removed, I would have problems then.
