Uteing my 80

Post by Spoon »

So I thought it over and basically I was either gonna sell my 80 and get a ute or a SWB nissan, when the idea hit me...cut that fucker apart and ute it.

So basically I'm gonna try and pick a write off body which I can stick in the garage and work on and when its ready get it painted, then just take the good body off and slap on the ute body.
HOWEVER! Does anyone know if it's actually legal to do this and have it road registered so that I can legally drive it around and not worry about defects etc, because this is such a big mod I wanna make sure 100% this is cool to do and I know a few ppl here have done this.

I'm in qld btw.

Also imagine this, the yellow which is used on the new manaro's, fuck yes.
