sealing distributer cap???

there are heaps of options, i've heard of people drilling and tapping the cap and running a small volume of compressed air through them
but i just ran a bead of gasket silicone round the lip, and coated the contacts with vaseline, and while i haven't driven up any rivers since, i've done a few bog holes at least firewall deep

Spit my last breath
Rubber glove... vaseline... cable ties
Oh sorry... how to seal up your dizzy...
Get 1 rubber glove, cut the finger tips of (small bits) and thread all your leads through... cable tie them closed and smear with vaseline.
Put dizzy cap on and slide glove down over the top, use plenty of vaseline to lube it up good and proper and cable tie it to the dizzy.
There is plenty of ways... be inventive
