On the internet you can order electronic ingintion from the states, We fitted on to a mates 60 series about 12 months ago. Works great and he has no problems with water anymore.

there are heaps of options, i've heard of people drilling and tapping the cap and running a small volume of compressed air through them

but i just ran a bead of gasket silicone round the lip, and coated the contacts with vaseline, and while i haven't driven up any rivers since, i've done a few bog holes at least firewall deep

Rubber glove... vaseline... cable ties :D

Oh sorry... how to seal up your dizzy...

Get 1 rubber glove, cut the finger tips of (small bits) and thread all your leads through... cable tie them closed and smear with vaseline.

Put dizzy cap on and slide glove down over the top, use plenty of vaseline to lube it up good and proper and cable tie it to the dizzy.

There is plenty of ways... be inventive :)
