GU rear LSD in front of my GQ patrol

Is it possible to put a rear LSD out of a GU patrol into the front of my GQ patrol. while still using my pinion and crown wheel? if it is not a straight swap, what do i need to look for to make sure it will or won't fit

Fortunately this comes up every week.
Plenty of tips under 'search'
I personally dont recommend it, other do. Ive seen vehicle hit a tree on real slippery track and bad understeer.

I've seen a locker equiped vehicle hit a tree and an open diffed vehicle as well :D
