BJ42 glow plug re-wire

Post by Swifty »

Hi all,
My old cruiser's glow plug wiring is stuffed (20+ years old and a bodgy previous owner).
Anyone got a simple diagram/ instructions for wiring it up my self? Can i just wire it straight from the battery via a momentry switch and relay(relay type?) and how do i drop the voltage from 12v down to what the plugs need( 8 or 9v, i think, have to check).

Thanks all
Adam
