does anyone know if tube fenders are legal or not in Australia, more important QUEENSLAND?

I THINK THEY ARE, BUT YOU NEVER KNOW WITH QLD TRANSPORT. IT WOULD BE ENTIRELY YOU TO THEIR INTERPRETATION OF YOUR DESIGN. IF YOU READ THE "BULLBAR" SECTION OF THE ATTACHED GUIDELINE IT EXPLAINS THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF WHAT THEY WANT TO SEE.
I'VE GOT A HOMEMADE REAR BAR (63DIA BENT TUBE) AROUND THE BACK OF MY MAV AND SO FAR NO ONE HAS HAD ANY ISSUES WITH IT.
