Shackle Reversal?

I did a search on Shackle reversals,
could not get pictures to work?
can anyone point,explain or show one done.(eg shorty's.)

Is it leagal in the anti fun state of QLD?

do you just swing the mounts around, and reweld them, :?
Or i guess there is more to it like pinion angles, steering ect ect.

Any info appreciated.
