200tdi Disco....
Can someone with factory workshop manual please give me free length of oil pump relief valve spring... My Haynes manual does not list it and my Rave cd only has 300tdi

got this from the defender workshop manual, but it is in the general data tdi section so i assume disco is the same
oil pressure relief valve spring
full length 67.82mm
compressed length @ 2.58kg load 61.23mm

that is the same length and rate for the 300tdi I have in Rave...
will check EPC for part numbers...

EDIT... just checked and they are different part numbers... Is your manual for 200 or 300 tdi ???
Will just buy new spring anyway... they are only a few $$

spring is definately buggered then...
also interesting, my pump did not have plunger ball inside, after plunger...

yes... tdi Discovery will be setup for touring and gentle countryside driving :finger: :finger:
The Rangie is just not practical anymore to take touring or camping for 2 ;)
