OK, I searched and couldn't find the answer.
Can a h223b rear centre from a drum brake diff be used in a disc brake diff in rear of a GQ?
I remember reading something about needing to shorten axles to avoid the thrust block in the centre?
Have been offered a 4.6 centre from rear of 02 Navara. Its right spline count etc but unsure of axle length without pulling mine apart.
Cheers
Daryl

drum brake centre to disc diff
Re: drum brake centre to disc diff
I could be wrong but I think the rear of a Navara might fit the front of GQ, rear is bigger diff, I had heard that if I put a air locker in my drum brake rear, I would have to take the block out when I converted to disc brake rear.derangedrover wrote:OK, I searched and couldn't find the answer.
