during the last couple of days by brakes have been working on and off. It is as if there is a secandaryy braking stage, always has been. But now it sometimes fail in the secaondary braking stage (very scary) I still haven't took the wheels off, but will have to do that soon. Does anytyone have any suggestions as to what it could be

stuffed wheel cyls or proportioning valve.
