Whats the good and bad points of your rig ?
My 1944/46 MB/CJ2a off road monster
GOOD
FUN to drive ! ! !
Windscreen down touring with 'atitood'
Flexible chassis that compensates for lack of suspension travel
I can clean the interior with a hose !
Great for the conditions here in Indonesia
Rugged drivetrain - everything is gear driven and iron cased
It will run underwater [ military M38 submersible ignition system, snorkel and exhaust stack ]
BAD
High maintenance = high operating cost, valves, head gaskets are particular problem areas [most of these engines are now 30 to 60 yrs old ]
Fuel consumption sucks ! 12 mpg for 90 hp !
Low cruising speed = around 75 km/h
Transfer case constantly leaks - no matter how many times you try and fix it
