None apart from the motor... some say the ealier one are better, more water proof... no paper gaskets. There is a bloke in melbourne that mods high mounts and lows too i think. He taps the motor and gear box for breather hoses, filler and drain plugs also gets rid of the cir clip and uses a bolt to hold the brake assemably on. from memory he also puts new spaceres in between the gears to stop play and help seal the gear box a little better. He also strenthes the drum holders so it all sit nice and tight. worth every cent IMHO. about $450 or so for the lot.

I paid about $800 for my high mount in perfect working order about 2 years ago found it in the trading post. wouldn't pay more then about $1500 and for that amount you would want a damn good cable too!!

Personaly if i had to do it again i would buy a cheap one with working solinoids (they cost heaps) bring the winch to Melcom Lesley and get him to give it the once over and bulit proof it!!
