extended bumpstops on MQ

need to extend the bumpstops on my mq... (front only at this stage)

looking at it i think i could stick some box section in between the existing bumpstop and existing mount - thus giving myself the additional 50 or so mm that i need.

seems like a bit of stuffing around - what are other people using for extensions?

i used exactly that, 50mm box to extend mine....

though i have never extended my fronts ;)

I used a round tube (48 mm) and two pieces of plate for the mounting holes.
I made a pic for you. :)
