...is there any reason why I would need another set of hands...besides for handing me beers.

ie...should I be cool doing this flying solo?

Cheers

Rears are locktited in. Easier to just heat up from top with a blue flame and undo hot.

thats how i did mine, the heat softened the locktite and they came out easy. i did mine by my self, an extra set of hands would of been handy, but its not essential

ok guys...the deed is done and it was all too easy
ended up taking about 5 hours one my own, with my young bloke
passing me the spanners.

rears came out fine too....dude I bought the kit from had bolts long enough to drill out the rear thread and and drop right through.

Only hassle was getting to the front bolts behind the grill...talk about a
pain in the ass!

Thanks for the tips lads...next coils and shocks

the main advantage of a body lift is to give you the needed clearance to fit larger tyres on your truck and they are dirt cheep to do and easy to fit :) definatley worth doing

two inches lift for 125 bucks and a few hours of your time ...additional to this I'm going to do a 3 inch spring lift. Therefore 5" more than factory of effective body clearance without needing panhards, crazy caster etc....a no brainer really!
