G'day all i have a gq swb with 2inch susp and 2inch body lift i have 32's on it but they are getting boring so im heading down to the tyre shop tomorrow to get some new boots just not too sure what size mud tyre to get on a 15x8 rim any suggestions much appreciated
i was told that 35`s can break things a lot easier,eg axles etc.
BUT in saying that,i have seen a LWB GQ bend the lower diff arms.He had a 308 in it as well as 35`s.He had to drive home in 4w high after pulling out the rear tail shaft.
Just something to be carefull of, as we all know standard GQ's have high range & low high range (wish i had a spare $1500 for Rockhoppers) going to a large diameter tyre this problem will be increased.
Thanks guys i went for some 33 BFG muds cheapest and thats all they had at the time for $270 each cant complain, can feel the differance tho especially with the brakes
