In the zook forum rigs thread you mentioned cut off rockers got any pics of what you mean?
I was planning on trimming my rockers off about an 1inch below the door but i would be a pita the join it all back to gether, so what did you do?

because i cut into my footwell too (i have 3 bars to my sliders the front one actually comes into my footwell )

45ed sills, they still bend when you land on them hard. mine are 4mm thick with 50mm returns on both corners. Im going to buil a bash plate that contiues up from the chassie rails to the sills like boat sides.

I'd like to see some more pics of your sills and a bit more explanation on how and where exactly you cut and welded everything. I'm just about to do mine and not exactly sure how to go abouts doing it.
