Is the bearing removable from the pulley?

If it is, just replace the bearing with an equivalent from a bearing shop. The bearing will have an ID number which they can use to match anew one for you.
Don't ask me, ask them. I'm just runnin for my life myself.
Well they are all following you...
No they ain't, I'm just in front...............
