I bought these ones off eBay. I have not fit them yet but they are cheap and seem to be good.

I lifted my 60series 2" with a marks adaptors lift kit. All I had to do was to bend the 4wd shifter and lift the bumber and bullbar (they look dicky if you dont). Its a good idea to buy one as the 2" from marks is actually legal and not harsh steel where if you make them (outa steel probably) they crack your body and are not legal

I got a metre of it at 75mm round for about $60, some have gotten it cheaper, but it has not been as round... I looked at it from the point of view, that I am exceeding the diameter of the standard mounts (there is overhang) so it would be favourable...
Cut it into length, drill the holes (add crush tubes) and buy longer bolts...
If you (or someone you know) can cut them and drill them, then it is a hell of a lot cheaper than that...
Around $100 for longer Fine Thread Bolts and materials...
Only thing to watch, the Inner guard on my 73 Series are between the front mounts, and there is a slight cup on them that you will need to chamfer the front blocks to fit into...
