what is the best setting for td42 pump timing (turbo and non turbo)???

Setting the pump timing mark on the factory line gives about 0.32mm plunger lift@TDC. The fact manual describes setting it to give 0.75mm--this is about 6deg BTDC. Ive found at this amount of advance, engine is much noisier than at the fact line, but gives good economy and seems about right for my turbo (SAFARI)

thanks for the info Woop, i was told just the other day that gu patrols were 0.75 but it was revised to 0.73, but i'll try 0.75 as i've got a safari turbo as well.
