suziworld 1.6 conversion kit

Post by christover1 »

Was just down at Suziworld, in Heidleberg (vic), ordering me power steer bits, when I spied a sierra with a 1.6 fitted. I was impressed with the quality and simplicity of the conversion, so he showed me a kit he was sending to NT. Very nicely made. Worth keeping in mind for those of us who can't make their own stuff. Didn't have me cam for pix, tho :(

They contain All custom made counter sunk bolts, pro machined studs, Starter motor spacer-locator, engine mount brackets the only other thing you really need to do is modify your sump and pickup Besides finding a decent 1600 that isnt cracked!!!

thanks for that answer, that's pretty much the right description of what I saw. I could never afford it, but it is roughly what I'd do if I was going 1.6.
