If your going with falcon leafs its a good idea to get a main leaf made up and also there 70mm wide so you got to make new hangers and shackle mount.

Why not run IFS rear springs? Everything bolts up and fits fine no need to mess around with putting hangers on to suit the falcon springs.

the cost of a new set of springs vs getting custom made up is about the same.. i went with 63" springs drilled at 32" from one end at 60mm wide with hilux ends to fit the cheap bushes..4 leaves 10mm thick set at hilux + 8" which settled to about 5" of lift to match my SAS front end.. flex's well and can still carry a load.. Cost me $470
oh yeh new hangers $10 bucks of steel 9" forward from the old ones (remembering i had ifs rears already)

falcon leaves are longer, so dicking round helps out when your off road and you receive alot more flex

 They are also made from alot thicker materials, designed for load carrying not wheel travel. If you feel you need more travel than you will recieve from a good ifs rear setup then switch to coils.
