LPG/Window glass/Bilsteins

Just got back from my first proper camping trip with the old girl, 1987 RR 3.9EFI/LPG, 5 spd. Got to love that GAS. Worked out to be about $10.90 per 100kms. Cheaper than diesel! Almost faultless trip.
My questions are; at about 120kph she seems to float a bit. The bushes are all brand new, the springs are Rangie Spares and the shocks are Bilstein, however, they have done at least 100 thou and if i bounce the car it goesn't stop as quick as the new OME's did in my old Rangie.
Could the shocks be worn out, can they be rebuilt, how much, etc.
I did have one breakage while away. The front passenger power window went down, but not up.
When i pulled the door trim off I found the steel runner that is glued to the window glass was rusted completely out.
Anyone have a new steel runner or spare window i can get?
How much, where are you, I'm in Canberra but will be in Sydney next week.
