Custom tray’s

in short, i you cant make one yourself, its going to cost lots.
theres a fair bit of measuring, cutting, measuring, bending, measuring, tacking, measuring, welding, measuring, swearing, and some more measuring, and so on.
and so for a beginner, maybe it might be a bit hard.
do you have a suzuki at the moment?

ummm, you need to cut the back off the zook, and make it into a ute. not hard, but not easy as well. if you can find one thats already been done, then that would be better.
if you want to do it all yourself, you need to be good at welding pretty much. (and braze welding doesn't count)

I'm suprised Chris hasn't chimed in here. If you're not already aware there is a Suzuki Club in Melbourne.
If you're new to zooks it might be worth dropping in and saying hi.

forget the bucket seat, find a back seat out of a later model sierra. the later models have a left and a right seat, so you can fit one side and take out the other. its still uses the factory mounts etc this way.suzi_on_46s wrote:yeh drive it round with the ass end for a while becoz ur only willb on ur l`s soon and if you have a tray sierra cops will look at it funny thats if you dont ge tit engineered, i throt about it becoz im gettin a zuk ina couple of weeks but yeh im jsut taking otut he back seat and putting in a bucket seat so it s stilla 3 seater and have room for tools.

PS. Like munga said try to read what you’ve written. This forum is made up of people from all age groups, not everyone has grown up with the internet, and can understand or comprehend what has been written in so called leet speak. If its not English(ie; understandable) then it wont stay.
