in short, i you cant make one yourself, its going to cost lots.

theres a fair bit of measuring, cutting, measuring, bending, measuring, tacking, measuring, welding, measuring, swearing, and some more measuring, and so on.

and so for a beginner, maybe it might be a bit hard.

do you have a suzuki at the moment?

ummm, you need to cut the back off the zook, and make it into a ute. not hard, but not easy as well. if you can find one thats already been done, then that would be better.

if you want to do it all yourself, you need to be good at welding pretty much. (and braze welding doesn't count)

dude ya metal work skills at school will not help with a job like this, it is pretty much huge, im only 16 and i have done a course at tafe on metal work thru skool, that would help me out a little but if you have friends get them to help you and make sure you choose the correct material.

step one is cutting off the rear of the car so that the tray will sit on the chassis

do a search on "tray" or "chop"... theres a few buildup style threads of people going step by step through cutting the back off with pics!

I'm suprised Chris hasn't chimed in here. If you're not already aware there is a Suzuki Club in Melbourne.

If you're new to zooks it might be worth dropping in and saying hi.

forget the bucket seat, find a back seat out of a later model sierra. the later models have a left and a right seat, so you can fit one side and take out the other. its still uses the factory mounts etc this way.

[ps try using the preview function before you post mate. makes it easier for everyone to understand what you're trying to say, coz thats almost not english anymore.. ]

PS. Like munga said try to read what you’ve written. This forum is made up of people from all age groups, not everyone has grown up with the internet, and can understand or comprehend what has been written in so called leet speak. If its not English(ie; understandable) then it wont stay.
