Hey,
family's car a 4.6HSE and we're getting way annoyed with the air suspension giving us problems. It keeps leaking and want to get it sorted out for once and for all.
I dont want to get stranded in the middle of no where (has happend b4) and it seems our Malaysian tropical weather wrecks anything thats rubber in the RR.
So was checking out www.rangerovers.net . Popular kits in the market are:
Strutmasters
Atlantic British
British Pacific
Motorcars Ltd.
So just wonder anyone here have any experiences with the above kits?

Are there any other alternatives of coil conversion kits that i can get from Oz?
Coz i notice some of the above kits are using Old Man Emu springs. Anything else i need to take into consideration? Or do u think it's easy to fabricate mountings to convert to springs and just buy the "piggy back ECU" that disable the EAS? Any idea what springs to go for? Would like to get something in between standard ride height and high profile. Mainly for odd motorway cruising and the odd off road trip- trips thats hardly require low range and less chance of body damage.

Besides this website, any other RR forums with P33A owners?
Thanks in advance
Cheers.

Try the OME stuff, I can't remember the code for the springs, but I use the OME springs and shocks and it is a very nice ride.

You don't need to fabricate anything to put the new springs in, they'll sit in the seatings for the air springs and it will sit about an inch higher than it did with the EAS.

Don't buy the EAS over ride module either, companies will charge you a fortune for it - send me a PM instead.

Yes thats my truck on the Rangerovers.net site, it's a P38 thats built for doing what they should be doing - going off-road, not just for doing the supermarket run every week !

I've replied to your PM.

After doing the coil conversion how do u find the ride? I hope u dont loose much of the comfortable ride when ditching the air suspension.
