Outer Limits 4x4 Board

fellas gona change me gearbox tomorrow, just wonderin wat to look out for?? or is it pretty staigt foward??

Pre IFS model,easy. IFS model= sway bar is a pain in the ass,right in the way of the bell housing while pulling box rearwards to clear clutch. Have to turn box to clear it

all i did(customhilux)hehehe,

is drain the oil,
support the gearbox and motor, then undo all the bolts on the bellhousing, then i removed the crossmember, took the drive shaft and tail shaft off,

slide the jack holding the gear box backwards to remove the bellhousing off the dowel pins, then lowered the jack,

i took the gearbox and transfre off in one hit,

note, i'm drinking and have hijacked ice's name.

but all tech is correct for removing the gearbox.
