I have picked myself up a 99 GU wagon - ex telstra and am wondering if anybody has fitted a 8274 highmount to the standard winch bar. It has a 9000 low mount on it at the moment and I would prefer to swap it with the high mount off my GQ.
I already have a list of buyers for the low mount.
I realise the bar will need some modifications to fit the gearbox and motor.
Anybody done it or have pics.
I don't want a tube bar as I do 100s of kays of country driving and need something that protects the front of the car from the roos and deer that wander aimlessly around the roads here.
