Carby rebuilding

Post by 87suzi »

At the moment I got the carbie off my parts car off, I'm just pulling it apart and trying to learn what everything does. Does anyone know where I can get a book which explains the these carbies in detail, as opposed to the simple "remove carburettor" instruction in the Sierra workshop manuals.

i've got some pics of my carby (91model) if u want i could host them and let you know where they are. ive just had to rebuild mine twice. and once proffessionally (i kept getting water in the tank source now paying the price  ) if you havent already done it that is. if u havent already pulled it apart then take lots and lots of photos. they are great for when you need to find out where the spring goes.
