I've got a couple of spare carriers but I'm pretty sure they would be stock units from the 74 CJ5 and 6 we bought. You're welcome to come have a look if you're in Sydney somewhere....

You want the diifs from a 4cyl 80's CJ that is the stock ratio in them

I know for a fact Mascot motors either have or very soon will have one in stock to wreck

If yours is not a wide track why not by the whole diffs front and rear get wide track and the ratios you want add a 1 piece kit and your set

Is there a easy way to tell the diff between the 3.31-3.55 carrier and the 3.75-5.3 carrier.

$$$$$ is the main reason and also am getting tied of the piss poor fuel economy with my heap. So am looking to fix it cheaply and sell it when summer hits. I love driving it but it struggles to get 200-250kms out of 50L regardless of how i drive:-( I should have bought a diesel one
