I had it. It was coming from right under my feet just like everyone described it. I checked everything recommended on this site without any luck. My mechanic found a loose bolt on the driver's side of the transmission cross member and tightened it. Problem solved.

And if it comes back on a wet day it will be the body mount under your foot. Hole will be elongated.
