3/4 Elleptic in the front?

Post by crankycruiser »

I have this crazy mate who wants sto put a 3/4 in the front of his 1.3 NT zook...

He wants to do a shackel reversal and then do it..

We have lookedat it and it looks do-able.. but is there a reason we have never seen it done b4???

any comments would be appreciated

if you do it with a shackle reversal, your pinion angle will be fcuked as the suspension cycles. you will need a very long slip shaft with forgiving u-joints. imo, don't bother!

hey ray, im guessing this is scotty??

just do rears up front, and some longer shocks, its those Grimace springs he is running, as when you do SR you have to put a 2 inch block where the shackles were or its pointless and stuffs angles and whatnot.
